The staff were polite and accommodating, providing a family room at the best rate. The room was bright and offered a view of the pool. The facilities, especially the luxurious pool, were impeccable. Food prices were reasonable and discounted for guests. Complimentary airport transfers and breakfast were appreciated.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and the temples. The facilities, especially the pool and gym, were top-notch. The staff offered excellent service and the breakfast buffet was great. I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the city center.

The hotel experience was satisfactory. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with friendly housekeeping staff. The hotel's location was also convenient, with transportation to nearby attractions included. The great pool area and air-conditioned gym were definite highlights of our stay.
The hotel was also inconsistent with their policies and management, making things difficult for us during our stay. The breakfast buffet was average, with a limited selection for western guests.

This hotel is a great home-base for visiting many temples and is conveniently located near the airport. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, including a free foot massage and free shuttle to the airport. the breakfast is delicious and the pool is beautiful, with a big lawn area behind it for kids to play.
One downside is the location is a bit too far from the main roads of the city.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast had a lot of variety and the room was comfortable with great air conditioning.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. we had some noise issues in our room at night that made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was situated in a remote area, which added an extra 15 minutes of travel time to the city center. It was a minor inconvenience, however, compensated by the peaceful and quiet environment at the venue.
